This Sales and Service travel job will have responsibility for leading and motivating a small reservations team with the view to enhance all aspects of customer service, delivering exceptional levels of performance and creating a buzzing and enthusiastic environments.
Within this travel job you will review the current processes, identify any changes to be made and implement new procedures to contribute towards our clients continued success. Our client is seeking a motivational and inspirational team leader with a previous track record of managing reservations teams and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an exciting job in travel for an enthusiastic and career minded individual to come in and make the role their own.
Travel experience is essential and previous experience of working for a tour operator would be highly advantageous. Please note current working week is Monday to Friday.
