An exciting, newly created position has emerged in our Destination Services Team and we are now looking for an experienced, dynamic candidate to join us as Key Account Manager for Thailand based in Bangkok


  • To target and develop French & German markets and to acquire and manage new accounts
  • To develop and maintain relationships including (but not limited to) entertaining, escorting clients on inspections and FAM trips, travelling overseas for Sales Missions and Trade Shows;
  • To work independently and without supervision;
  • To help assess and communicate internal offering and external needs;
  • To help develop and set up product lines/programmes;
  • To help produce and analyze destination and product statistics;
  • To help communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information to customers;
  • To help follow up on new leads, quotations and referrals;
  • To support Reservations, Product and Operations in handling general customer issues and complaints;
  • To help coordinate amongst clients and internal departments on new and existing products in terms of rates, amendments, new developments, renewals and general product information;
  • To help communicate customer feedback and discussing customer related projects and improvements with all teams;


  • Customers and oversea agents/reservation, products and operations teams


  • Ideal candidate will be fluent in both French & German both written and oral. 
  • Well established contacts within the industry and overseas markets - especially within the French and German source markets;
  • Relevant experience in a DMC, B2B or B2C business and in account management;
  • Experience in calculation, pricing & yielding role in the travel industry is a plus;
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Tour Operation, international Tourism and DMC Business;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel, PPT;
  • Analytical and detail-oriented skills, ability to prepare and follow up on periodical reports;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Be a passionate, flexible, creative team player with the right “Can Do” attitude;
  • Good understanding of travel industry trends and distribution models;
