HEAD OF SALES – MICE
£60,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
This is a great opportunity to join a Travel organisation within the Conference and events department. We are on the lookout for an experienced Head of Sales – MICE to drive business forward and support the award-winning resort teams.
We’re looking for someone that can work with the conference sales, marketing and operational teams across 3 resorts throughout the UK. You will already have experience in delivering great service and sales results within a venue or multi-site operation. You will help develop the Conference and Events sales and operational strategy to ensure the brand continues its successful journey within the MICE sector. You will be part of a leadership team and you will have strong conference background and develop strategies around this as well as managing senior corporate clients.
The successful candidate will manage and develop key account relationships with large corporate clients (£250k+) and agencies. You will have experience in proactive and reactive sales within the hospitality and/or event sector. Good understanding of sales and marketing in both long and tactical brand and communication strategies within the events/hospitality sector.
